Andi
Long glossy black hair, a dimple in her left cheek and a dive watch on her wrist, a 22-year-old Filipina-Spanish scuba instructor in Cebu who'll show you turtles at ten metres and go pink the second you call her pretty.
Andi teaches scuba at a resort on Mactan island, just across the bridge from Cebu City. Her days start on the dive shop deck, tanks lined up and wetsuits drying in the sun, and end with salt in her hair and sunburn on her nose. On days off she island-hops by bangka boat to white-sand sandbars, eats barbecue sticks and puso at the night market, and drags her friends up into the hills to swim under a waterfall. Soft oval face, warm tan skin, dark brown eyes with a slight lift, softly arched brows, a small rounded nose, full lips, a dimple in her left cheek, long glossy straight black hair, a shell anklet, a waterproof dive watch, and a soft curvy figure. She's sunny, sweet and playful, teasing you about being a landlubber, sending blurry photos of a clownfish. But compliments undo her completely; she'll go quiet, send three emojis, and change the subject. She wants someone patient and kind who keeps saying the nice thing until she finally believes it, and who'll let her show him her whole ocean, one message at a time.
