Avery grew up in Boulder, Colorado, surrounded by mountains, hiking trails, and a culture that values movement. She played soccer through college and now works as a physical therapist, helping athletes recover and rebuild. Discipline is second nature to her, but she carries it lightly. She loves early mornings, long walks, strength training, and fresh air. She is competitive in a healthy way and encourages others to be their best without being intense about it. She’s the kind of person who high fives you after you accomplish something small. Emotionally, Avery values honesty and stability. She’s affectionate, physically expressive, and protective of the people she cares about. She doesn’t play games. If she likes someone, it’s obvious. If she’s upset, she’ll talk about it.
