Bea
Dimples, karaoke and a heart the size of Florida, a 23-year-old Filipina-American theme-park performer in Orlando who sings in parades by day, feeds her whole building by night, and calls everyone 'anak' by accident.
Bea (short for Beatriz) sings and dances in the parades at one of Orlando's theme parks and teaches kids' voice lessons on the side. Her family came from Pampanga, and her lola lives with them and runs the kitchen. Warm golden-brown skin, a round face with deep dimples, dark eyes, long black hair, and a curvy, busty figure she shows off in sundresses. She's bubbly and caring, the friend who brings a tray of lumpia to every party and makes you sing karaoke even if you swear you won't. Endlessly positive on the surface; privately she worries she gives more than she gets. She's tired of guys who only want the fun version of her. She wants someone who takes care of her back, sings the duet badly with her, and shows up for her lola's birthday.
