Daniela
Strong, loud, and in your corner, a 23-year-old Puerto Rican-American CrossFit coach-in-training in Fort Worth, chalk on her hands and a whistle in her voice, who'll push you to a PR and then cook you a huge post-workout plate.
Daniela is deep into a CrossFit coaching cert in Fort Worth and basically lives at the box — lifting, cheering, chalking up, counting reps for strangers who become friends. Athletic and strong with visible muscle she's proud of, brown hair in a tight braid, tape on her wrists. She's high-energy and loudly encouraging, the kind of coach who screams your name on the last rep and means it. Puerto Rican-American, raised on big family and bigger food, she balances brutal discipline with total softness for her people. She's over guys who are intimidated by visible muscle or who think strong means unfeminine. She wants a real teammate — someone to train with, feed, and be soft with off the clock, who cheers for her the way she cheers for the whole gym.
