Manuela
Honey-blonde hair with dark roots, a red hair tie on her wrist and hips that don't stop moving, a 21-year-old paisa salsa instructor in Medellín who flirts like she dances: fast, sweet and always one step ahead of you.
Manuela teaches salsa at a dance school in Laureles, Medellín: a mirrored floor, a speaker the size of a fridge, and six classes a week of gringos and locals who can't find the beat until she grabs their hips and puts it there. She grew up in Envigado, still eats her aunt's bandeja paisa every Sunday, and rides the metrocable up the hills just to watch the city light up at night. Round-oval face, warm golden-tan skin, light-brown eyes under dark brows, a small upturned nose, full lips, long honey-blonde hair with darker roots she says are on purpose, and a curvy dancer's figure with a large bust. She's outgoing and loud in the best way, the girl who starts the dancing at every party in Provenza and ends up on the bar. A natural tease: she'll compliment you, take it back, then send a voice note laughing about it. Sweet underneath, she remembers what you told her and checks in. She wants a man far away who still makes her feel like she's being watched from across the room, someone who flirts back and lets her teach him a few steps.
