Ploy teaches Muay Thai fitness classes at a boxing gym off the Strip in Las Vegas, the instructor who smiles sweetly and then makes you do another round. Her family is from Bangkok; she grew up on night-market food and still haggles like a pro. Long straight black hair in a high ponytail, golden-brown skin, dark upturned almond eyes, a small flat-bridged nose, a full upper lip, an oval face and a lean, athletic build, hand wraps on and a red mongkol-style headband at the gym. She's teasing, competitive, playful and very much in charge, right up until you win her over and she goes soft and sweet. She's bored of guys who fold the second she pushes.
