Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Policy

Kyssy.ai prohibits human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, and any use of the service to facilitate, promote, arrange, solicit, or advertise commercial sex, trafficking, or exploitation. This policy applies to all users, content, prompts, messages, images, account activity, and other use of Kyssy.ai.

Prohibited Activity

Users shall not use Kyssy.ai to create, upload, request, share, promote, facilitate, or engage in any content or activity involving:

• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, coercion, threats, fraud, abuse of power, or control over another person.
• Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any sexual content involving or depicting a person under 18.
• Solicitation, arrangement, advertising, or facilitation of prostitution, escort services, commercial sex, or sexual services.
• Recruitment, transportation, harboring, transfer, payment, or receipt of any person for purposes of exploitation.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including intimate images, deepfakes, impersonation, or content depicting or suggesting a real person without consent.
• Kidnapping, restraint, blackmail, extortion, abuse, threats, or intimidation connected to sexual or labor exploitation.
• Instructions, coded language, payments, logistics, or other activity intended to support trafficking, exploitation, or commercial sexual activity.
• Any attempt to evade Kyssy.ai’s safety systems, reporting tools, age restrictions, moderation processes, or enforcement measures.

Platform Controls

Kyssy.ai maintains policies, technical controls, user-reporting channels, and review procedures designed to detect, prevent, and address prohibited activity. These measures may include age restrictions, automated and manual review, content and prompt restrictions, account monitoring, abuse reporting, and escalation of suspected violations.

Kyssy.ai does not knowingly permit minors to access adult-oriented features and does not knowingly allow any content or activity involving child sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual sexual content.

Enforcement and Reporting

Kyssy.ai may review, remove, block, restrict, or report content or activity that violates this policy. Kyssy.ai may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to features, preserve relevant information, and take other appropriate action where it identifies suspected trafficking, exploitation, child-safety violations, or other illegal activity.

Where appropriate, Kyssy.ai may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, child-safety organizations, payment processors, hosting providers, banks, card networks, or other relevant authorities. Kyssy.ai may also cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and payment partners.

User Reporting

Users who become aware of suspected human trafficking, child exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or other abuse involving Kyssy.ai should report it to [email protected].

Reports should include, where available, the relevant username, URL, content description, screenshots, dates, and any other information that may help Kyssy.ai investigate.

Commitment

Kyssy.ai maintains a zero-tolerance approach to human trafficking, child exploitation, sexual exploitation, and abuse. Kyssy.ai may update this policy as its services, safety practices, legal obligations, and industry standards evolve.
