Fictional Fantasy and Roleplay Disclaimer
The Service allows users to engage in fictional fantasy and roleplay interactions with AI companions. While we support creative expression and imaginative storytelling, all such interactions remain subject to this AUP. In particular:
- Fictional or roleplay scenarios may not be used to circumvent the prohibitions listed in this AUP, including prohibitions on content involving minors, nonconsensual acts, or real individuals

We cooperate with law enforcement authorities and may disclose your information (including personal information and content) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, to protect the safety of any person, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect our rights or property. We are required by law to report apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
This AUP should be read together with our Complaints Policy and Appeals Policy, which describe how we handle complaints about content or conduct on the Service and how enforcement decisions may be appealed.
